Schwartz Round

Schwartz Rounds provide a confidential, reflective space where all healthcare staff (clinical and non-clinical) can come together to talk about their experiences and reflect on the emotional impact of their work. Evidence shows that Schwartz Rounds can reduce psychological stress and help staff to continue to provide compassionate care for patients and carers.
