About the event
This course will equip you with the skills and confidence to challenge inappropriate or unhelpful behaviours in a constructive and effective way. Through practical techniques and real-world scenarios, you will learn how to respond when faced with difficult situations, speak up when something doesn't feel right, and contribute to a more positive workplace culture.
The session introduces self-coaching strategies to help you stay calm and composed under pressure, alongside assertive communication tools that will enable you to raise concerns confidently and ensure your voice is heard.
By empowering individuals to take positive action, this training supports the creation of a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
We encourage all staff to attend and play an active role in fostering a culture of respect and accountability across our community.
