Following our standing room only frailty event last month, we are delighted to announce the formal launch of the SWL Frailty Programme a series of monthly webinars open to all primary and community care colleagues across South West London. In addition to the webinar series, we are planning a full in-person Frailty Summit in November 2026. Further details will follow watch this space.
