About the Role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our growing team at New Addington Group Practice, part of Bourne Health.
You will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care across our sites, taking responsibility for the assessment, diagnosis and management of a diverse patient list. Working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care in line with GMC standards and current clinical guidelines.
The role offers flexibility in sessions, making it suitable for GPs at all career stages — whether you are newly qualified or an experienced clinician seeking a fresh challenge. You will benefit from strong clinical leadership, a collaborative team environment, and the unique opportunity to practice within a state-of-the-art Community Diagnostic Centre, enabling truly integrated patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload of acute and chronic conditions
Conducting consultations (in-person and remote)
Participating in duty doctor and on-call commitments
Contributing to QOF, enhanced services and practice development
Engaging with MDT working and clinical supervision where appropriate
