Hair Loss Demystified: A Primary Care Guide for GP's

I also work as a specialist care home GP at the Royal Hospital for Neurodisability. Privately, I have set up my own practice called Hair GP, where I am the Medical Director and offer Holistic Hair Loss/Restoration clinics.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Assess hair loss presentations in primary care by distinguishing between common hair loss patterns (e.g. telogen effluvium, female pattern hair loss, alopecia areata, scarring alopecia).

2. Request appropriate investigations for hair loss, identifying which blood tests are evidence-based and which are unlikely to alter management in primary care.
