About the event
South-West London primary care Freedom To Speak Up Guardian Community of Practice.
Freedom to Speak Up Guardians perform a vital function for the organisations they support. The role is rewarding but can be challenging and isolating. To complement the support available at regional/national FTSUG network meetings, we are hosting a series of online sessions for all SWL primary care FTSU Guardians starting in March 2025 to:
- help build local relationships and collaboration with peers
- share successes and challenges in a psychologically safe environment
- develop learning, case studies, and resources to reinforce, align and extend our collective body of knowledge, experience and practice
- help inform wider necessary developments/improvements
