The Introduction to Primary Care module is a high-impact, interactive virtual learning session designed to build a clear, practical understanding of how primary care operates within the NHS and the wider health and care system.
Delivered by the South West London Training Hub, this session supports individuals and organisations who work with, alongside, or are new to primary care, helping them navigate structures, roles, and ways of working with confidence.
This module is ideal for organisations onboarding new staff, cross-sector teams working in neighbourhoods, and partners seeking to strengthen collaboration with primary care.

Understand how primary care fits within the NHS, including Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs)
