The post holder will be an experienced, competent and organised individual, with a health service background and with experience of working in primary care and/or within training hubs. They will be the face of Wandsworth as a borough and support the CIC Directors and management team to manage a range of activities specific for Wandsworth, and in line with the NHSE contract awarded to the CIC. They will need to be highly motivated, efficient and forward thinking with the ability to work autonomously where needed and adjust rapidly to the developing needs of the organisation.

South West London 
Multiprofessional Faculty Lead

The South West London Training Hub is seeking a dedicated primary care clinician to help support and lead the establishment of the Multi-Professional Supervision Faculty for South West London.

 

Position Details:

  • Compensation: Reimbursed for 2 sessions per month

  • Duration: Initially for 6 months

  • Support: Full support from our Clinical Leads, Dr. Mohan Sekeram and Jennie Morrison

 

Main Objectives:

  • Development and Establishment: Assist in setting up and developing the SWL Multi-Professional Faculty support groups, including identifying group needs, structuring, and defining principles.

  • Facilitation: Lead regular Multi-Professional Faculty peer support groups.

  • Reporting: Aid in the completion of necessary end-of-year reporting templates for NHSE.

  • Needs Assessment: Report any emerging needs and requirements to the Training Hub.

  • Ongoing Liaison: Maintain continuous communication with the Training Hub as the group becomes established.
