Practice Nurse

Your role will include managing long-term conditions, leading preventative health initiatives and contributing to service improvement. You'll work autonomously, demonstrating clinical leadership and sound decision-making.

Main duties of the job

-Delivering general practice nursing to the whole practice population

- Managing chronic disease clinics, immunisations, cervical screening, and health promotion

- Ensuring compliance with infection control, cold chain, stock management, and clinical governance

- Leading audits and supporting clinical risk management

- Collaborating with the wider team to support policy implementation and service development

- Providing nurse leadership and mentoring within the nursing and HCA team
