Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.

Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.

Book patients in line with our appointment procedure.

Complete eConsultation for patients who are unable to access eConsult online.

Sort and distribute the posts and results for scanning or filling as appropriate

Set up new patients on the computer system and amend and remove patients moving out of the area.

Completion of authorised repeat prescriptions.

Assisting the Clinical Care Coordinators with eConsultations

Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff and patient information.

Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism

Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities

Complete, accurate documentation of patient interactions.
