Covers workforce management, business planning, finance, IT, health & safety, involving patients, service delivery, and the future of primary care.

Tuesday

January 28

Employment and Contractual Responsibilities

Half Day: 09:30–13:00

Focus on employment contracts, relationships, and legislation requirements.

Wednesday February 5

Introduction to Practice Finance and Contracts

Full Day: 09:30–16:30

Learn to manage practice finances, control costs, and develop forecasting skills.

February 13

Health and Safety for Primary Care Managers

Half Day: 09:30–13:00

Explore health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and action planning.

Wednesday February 26

Leading People in Primary Care

Full Day:09:30–16:30

Develop skills to lead, motivate, delegate effectively, and handle challenging behaviours.

Tuesday March 13

Road Map for Managing Complaints

Half Day: 09:30–13:00

Understand NHS complaints regulations and learn how to meet the CQC’s key lines of enquiry.
