Urology Happy Hour; designed to enhance the interface between primary and secondary care and support the transformation of outpatient services within Urology.

• Virtual ‘Happy Hour’ for GPs: virtual session where GP colleagues can connect with clinical Urology leads from secondary care to discuss patient care questions (excluding any identifiable patient information).
• Primary Care Clinicians’ Drop-In Session: Relaxed drop-in session where consultant colleagues will be available to engage directly with primary care clinicians.
• Complementing Advice & Guidance (A&G): These sessions will provide verbal, on-the-spot answers to queries without requiring a formal written report, offering a more immediate and interactive alternative to A&G.
