Aim: To introduce new and potential partners in general practice to the principles of leadership and the skills and knowledge needed to develop a GP practice as a sustainable business.    Objectives:      To understand how to identify and develop strategic priorities and formulate these into a plan.      To understand how to implement practice service improvement.      To assess and quantify practice demands and capacity.
