Aim:   For aspiring and new partners in general practice to understand the commissioning and regulatory framework in which practices operate nationally and locally. 

   Objectives:    • To introduce the NHS structure and various contract arrangements including funding streams.    • To understand the contractual and regulatory duties of a Partner in General Practice.    • To understand the personal/professional and clinical responsibilities of a GP.
