Aim: To raise the awareness of new and aspiring partners in general practice regarding the people leadership and management dimensions of running a practice effectively.  

Objectives:  To explore role as an organisational leader and consider how to adapt to situational demands.  

To introduce organisational and employment governance principles and practices.  

To explore some HR practices to enhance organisational effectiveness and mitigate employer risk.
