About the event

This two-hour workshop is designed to support non-clinical reception and administrative staff in managing the preparation of various reports and letter-writing requests commonly received in general practice. Participants will gain an overview of different types of requests, including those from solicitors, insurance companies, taxi medicals, social services forms, and other private letters.  The workshop will also focus on understanding and applying principles of confidentiality and data sharing in a safe and appropriate manner. Attendees will learn to develop a proforma guide for preparing reports and gain clarity on identifying and managing third-party information.
