Here are the learning outcomes for the session
- Role of ARRs in Primary Care Participants will be able to explain the purpose and functions of Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) within primary care settings, identifying how these roles address specific workforce challenges and enhance patient services.
- Identify and Distinguish Key ARRs Roles Learners will be able to identify the various roles funded under the ARRS initiative, such as clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, and physician associates, and understand the scope and responsibilities of each position.
- Understand the Impact on Workflow Efficiency Learners will assess how integrating ARRS roles into primary care optimises workflow efficiency, reduces clinician workload, and improves patient care.
- Explore Patient-Centred Care Through ARRS Participants will discuss how ARRS roles contribute to holistic, patient-centred care.
