Multi Professional Faculty Group Meetings

Health Education England (HEE) requires a MPFG to be established by each locality Training Hub.

The first session was held earlier this month and we had great discussion on how to move forward with this exciting new concept ! Following feedback we will be holding sessions on a bi-monthly basis with a rotating facilitator as requested.

The aim of this group is to ensure supervisors, assessors and educators of healthcare professionals work collaboratively to help embed effective and supportive educational practice locally.

These groups will work in parallel to the GP trainer workshops and offer multi-professional educators a similar opportunity to share best practice and a confidential setting to share experiences and learner progression.
