Mental Health Awareness

Mental Health First Aid England courses raises awareness of mental health. This course focuses on the workplace and is directed towards all employees/managers/supervisors. Font line workers will especially benefit from attending. 

It covers: 

· What mental health is and how to challenge stigma 

· Factors which affect mental health 

· A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues & Spotting signs of distress 

· An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing
