In-year Medicines Optimisation meeting

In line with the entry criteria for the SWL MIS 2024/25, please register to attend the following dates*.  There will be a choice of two dates for each quarterly meeting.

Practices signed up to the 2024/25 Medicines Improvement Scheme (MIS) must ensure a minimum attendance of:

• One GP per practice (preferably the GP Prescribing Lead)
• At least one additional clinical staff member (ideally PCN or practice-employed pharmacists) at one Q3 and one Q4 meeting.
