Croydon Training Hub: Multiprofessional Faculty Group

Excellence in clinical education requires a well-trained and well-motivated faculty of clinical teachers. We want to get all of our educators across all the professions in Croydon to develop a portfolio of expertise. 

For this inaugural meeting of the new Multiprofessional Faculty Group for Croydon, we have invited Dr John Launer from Health Education England to lead a session on 'Giving and receiving feedback'.

Following a short presentation, there will be lots of opportunities for interactive work, looking at some of the challenges of giving good feedback and sharing ideas across professions on ways of dealing with these.

This group is not intended to replace the GP Trainers Group but further support it from an interprofessional educational perspective.
