“In many ways the grief experienced after someone dies by suicide is similar to that felt after any sudden, unexpected or traumatic death. But the feelings may be amplified in the case of a suicide.” CRUSE
This short webinar aims to answer questions surrounding loss and bereavement through suicide and is based around the resource booklet “Help is at Hand”.
It will cover:
• The myths surrounding suicide
• Case Study
• Feelings following bereavement after someone has died by suicide
• Practical issues to be dealt with after a loss by suicide
• Links to support organisations
• Time for questions and discussions included at the end This is a 75-minute webinar delivered via online video conferencing using Zoom or Teams. A camera and mic can be used at the end of the session for discussion and questions
