Introduction to Apex which streams data from your Clinical System every 24-48 hours to produce dashboards and reports to support the effective management of demand and capacity in Primary Care. The tool provides insights to drive service redesign and transformation through informed decision making, at a Practice and PCN level.
An overview that you will have access to dashboards focussed on Capacity Planning, DNAs, Frequent Attenders, Appointment timings and lengths, Code Analysis and Enhanced Access, as well as many others to help you demonstrate their workload and make data informed decisions.
